Today’s Fortune: Be patient. Good things come to those who wait.

This is a very true fortune! Dad had to wait a few days for the new camera lens he ordered, but when it got here it was really good!  It was definitely worth being patient.

He ordered the new lens from a company called Photojojo. This is a neat lens. It makes photos taken with Dad’s really good Nikon camera look like they were taken with one of his old-timey toy cameras. He was very glad to get it, because now he can take digital pictures that look like toy camera pictures, without having to deal with film and stuff.

When Dad first got the package, he was kind of worried because it was making a rattling sound.  That is not a good sound when you get a package that has photography gear in it.  But it was not the lens that was rattling.  It was the Rawwwwwr! that they put in the package for me!

At first, we did not know what to think about the Rawwwwwr!, because we had never gotten one of those in our packages.  But we looked at the paperwork that came in the package.  This is called an “invoice”, and this was the best one we have ever seen!  It showed the stuff that Dad had ordered, and it also showed that the Rawwwwwr! was included for free!!  He even got a discount, and the total was shown in dollaroos, which was extra fun!  It also said “(not too shabby!”) underneath the total.  We agree!  Not too shabby at all!!

Dad took some really good photos of my Rawwwwwr! with his Nikon last weekend.  He did not use the new lens, though.  If he had, my Rawwwwwr! would have been all blurry and really, really small.

Mom says when I see a company like this that is really good, I should do a “Consumer Review”.  That is like my restaurant reviews or book reviews, only it is talking about companies that do a good job.  Since I already use Twinkies for my restaurant rating system, and Pezzes to reward good books, I think I will use a Banana Moon Pie rating for consumer reviews.

Photojojo gets the highest 5 Banana Moon Pies award for good products and excellent service!  Plus a bonus high five for a fun invoice, and a bonus sheet of pirate stickers for sending me a free Rawwwwwr!!
