New Monkeys to Brighten the Day….
Today’s Fortune: Make two grins grow where there was only a frown before. That’s some good advice, I guess. I am starting to smile again, and fun things have been happening at my house. I just wish Dharma was here to share them with me. That’s the best part of having a best friend. Late last week, a big box came to my house. It was a good thing, because it helped cheer me up some. My Mom’s good friend Beth sent a whole lot of good stuff to us! She sent Mom some very pretty yarn in brown and…

Collection Notice…..
Today’s Fortune: Wealth is a state of mind. That is an interesting fortune for today. I let Calvin Klein open the cookie, so we are sharing this fortune. I think he did a good job of cookie choosing. I spent a lot of the day hanging out with Calvin Klein. I introduced him to everyone. Even Valentina. I did not find out anything about his gang yet. He doesn’t seem to want to talk about it much. He shared some of them with…

Tornado Tuesday….
Today’s Fortune: A pleasant surprise is in store for you. I’m still waiting for that one to come true. I spent the whole afternoon cooped up with three cats under a mattress in the hall, because we had something called a “Tornado Warning”. There was lots of lightning, rain, and thunder. Big ice chunks fell from the sky all afternoon. Mom said that stuff was called “hail.” She wouldn’t let me go outside to watch, so I missed everything! She took a couple of pictures of the TV coverage so I could at least see what was going on. Hopefully…

Fortune Cookie Friday….
Last Friday morning, Mom dragged me away from the mirror, and tucked me in her tote bag. When I asked where we were going, she just said, “Field trip.” I had no idea what that was, but I liked the sound of it! I thought we might be taking a picnic basket to a nice field where we could hang out and maybe see some cows or goats or wheat or something. Instead, she took me to a place called Gourmet Yarn Co. It was okay, at first. When we got inside the store, they had a really big basket…
