My hard work pays off….
Today’s Fortune: Your hard work is about to pay off.
My fortunes are always right. Today is no different. My hard work paid off in a big way!
I took yesterday off from blogging. I was just too tired. Yesterday we had a thing called “Daylight Savings Time”. Daylight Savings Time is supposed to give you an extra hour of daylight. As far as I can tell, we didn’t get an extra hour of anything. Instead, we lost an hour of sleep, which made us all feel tired and cranky. Mom says it takes a day or two to adjust to it, but that we will like having sunshine later in the day. I will have to take her word for it.
Mom said I should take a “Personal Day”, and not feel like I had to get my blogging in. That was pretty good advice, because I feel much more rested today. This morning, I remembered that I had made a good necklace for Dharma before she got here. I got it out and gave it to her. I even helped her put it on.
It is a good thing that I used stretchy string for it, because Dharma has a lot of hair and really good ears. That made it hard to get the necklace on. Once we got it on her, though, she looked so pretty. It matches her hair bows. Even Walter likes it.
Dharma said that the thing she liked most about it was that I made it myself, especially for her. She even gave me a kiss on my cheek, which was very, very nice.
I am very glad that Dharma liked her necklace. It seems that my hard work did pay off.

Hi, Big Monkey!
Thanks!! If I had know that making necklaces for girls would get me cheek kisses, I’d have started making them a long time ago! Maybe you should send one to Hoda. Love, Noah

Hi, Sock Monkey Queen!
Dharma will be here for a few weeks, and then SassylePouf! will come to stay for a while. I am glad I’m learning all about girls before she gets here because she is very girly-girl. All I know about the passports is that one of Mom’s friends got them on Etsy. Love, Noah
