• How to Carve a Sock Monkey Jack-O-Lantern Pumpkin!!!

Today’s Fortune: This weekend will afford you personal opportunity. This fortune was so true!  Yesterday, I did not get to blog, because Dad had to install Windows 7 on mine and Mom’s computer.  Not getting to blog afforded me the personal opportunity of carving a sock monkey pumpkin, though, so it was a good thing after all! I will get back to telling more about my New England trip tomorrow, but today I have to talk about pumpkins!  Last week, Mom took me shopping for a pumpkin.  She said I could make a “jack-o-lantern”.  That is where you carve a…

  • Darling Dharma and our visit to Webs!!

Today’s Fortune: A thrilling time is ahead. Be on your guard. That fortune does not sound good. My fortunes are almost always right, so made sure I was on my guard before we left the hotel room, because I knew I was going to have a thrilling time! We drove to Sylvester’s Restaurant in Northampton, MA. I was too excited to even do a restaurant review, because I was going to see my darling Dharma again! She was waiting there with Walter, and she looked even more beautiful than I remembered! I was so happy to see her, I couldn’t…

  • Forts and Foliage….

Today’s Fortune: Seek out the significance of your problem at this time. That is just a silly fortune, because I don’t have any problems that I know of. I may have to send this one back. I’m not sure how to get it back in the cookie, though. After Auntie Beth left to go back to Connecticut, Auntie Kate said that she would take us to the beach. I was very excited, because I had never been to a beach before.  The one we went to was Nantasket Beach. It was not like the beaches I have seen on TV.…

  • Back from Boston!

Today’s Fortune: You will travel to many exotic places. We are back from our trip, and that fortune is so true! I got to go to all kinds of exotic places while we were traveling! It will probably take me a week to tell about them all. When we got to Boston, it was much colder than it is here.  Auntie Pam and Auntie Kate picked us up at the airport.  We took some pictures while we were traveling in the car.  Boston is very big and has lots of tall buildings all crammed into a small space.  Mom says…

  • Eat at Joes…..

Today’s Fortune: Prepare for an exciting trip soon to come your way. That is a very good fortune, and right on the money! Me and Puglet and Mom are leaving for Boston tomorrow to meet some of Mom’s Ravelry friends.  I will get to see my Auntie Pam, and Auntie Manitoba, and I will get to meet Auntie Kate who has a dog, too.  Auntie Kate’s dog is named Dixie, and she is a Jack Russel terrier.  I hope she and Puglet will be friends. But the best part of all is that I will get to see my darling…

  • Fun with Alpacas!!!

Today’s Fortune: This week, red is a lucky color for you. Wow!  My fortune is right again! Mom made me and Puglet awesome red bandannas yesterday morning! She said she didn’t want us to look “conspicuous” at the alpaca farm. Conspicuous is when you stick out, and people look at you kind of funny. We like to blend in, so we were glad to have farm outfits.  I would have looked out of place as a Kung Fu Pirate. Our new outfits were for celebrating National Alpaca Farm Days, which happened on Saturday and Sunday.  Dad found out about it,…

  • It’s Talk Like A Pirate Day! Arrr!!

Today’s Fortune: Today you will talk like a pirate! Arrr!!!. Okay… My fortune really didn’t say that, but I’m sure that’s what it meant t’ say, because today be one o’ t’ best days o’ t’ year! It be Talk Like A Pirate Day, and that be exactly what I have been doin’ all day! I found a translator on t’ interwebs that makes everythin’ I say sound piratey, so me whole blog will be in Pirate today!! Yay!! Me and Puglet have done all kinds o’ piratey stuff today. This mornin’, Mom helped us make pirate hats. I did…
