Noah's Adventures

Jammies and Cakesters…..

Today’s Fortune: For a good cause, wrongdoing may be virtuous.

Hmmm…. I don’t know about that one. I think doing the wrong thing is wrong, no matter what. I would be tempted to follow this advice and keep Dharma here, because that would sure be a good cause, but it would wreck the TSM adventure for everybody, including Dharma, so I have to let her go, no matter how much I want her to stay. Right is right, and wrong is wrong.

We are very much enjoying our last few days together. My Mom made us some very comfy clothes called “pajamas”.  They are called “jammies” for short. They are very soft and nice to wear.  In fact, we like them so much, we wore them all day.

My jammies are blue, and they have very good brown monkey faces all over them.  Our jammies are much softer than Mom’s yarn!

Dharma’s are pink and white, with girl monkeys all over them.  Dharma was finally able to get our cat, Cujo, to sit still and be patted.  Our jammies are even softer than our kitties!

Mom let us eat cookies and milk on the kitchen counter before bed.  The cookies were called “Cakesters.”  They are squishy and soft, and they don’t even have to be dipped in milk, but they are better if you do it that way.  I had Oreo ones, and Dharma had the Nilla Wafer kind.  They were very good!

We made sure that Walter had plenty of kitty food.  He likes that a lot, even though he is a puppy. Walter has also learned a new trick, which we think is pretty neat!

We are having a very good time.  I just wish Dharma did not have to go.  But she needs to go and enjoy the rest of her TSM adventures.  Mom  will be meeting some friends in New England in the Fall, and she is taking me with her.  Maybe Dharma will be through traveling by then and I can see her in Connecticut, which is where she lives.

I will not think about this fortune for today.  I have to do the right thing, even when it is no fun.

Great jammies! Your mom should be a fashion designer. She’s done such a great job with all of your outfits.

I hope that time flies until you can see Dharma again.

    Hi, Big Monkey!

Thanks! We really like our new clothes, and I am glad that Dharma will have comfy jammies to travel in to her next stop. I am just glad to know that I might see her again in the Fall. My Mom is like Laura about letting me travel – she does not trust the Post Office not to lose me. Love, Noah
